Spa Amenities– Holistic Awakenings will offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival and provides a comfortable space to relax in before and after your services. We ask that you kindly turn down any cellular phones and pagers, so that you & others can fully relax and enjoy the spa.
Scheduling - Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving. We book up quickly.
Punctuality – To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time for you to fill out any client forms as well as relax before your treatment begins. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.

Parking – Complimentary free parking is available in the community parking lot located behind the spa with a direct walkway to the entrance as well as ample street parking.
Cancellation Policy – If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. Package reservations require 48 hours advance notice. Full charge will be applied if notice is not provided. Thank you for your consideration.
Hours of Operation – We are open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only. Closed Sunday & Mondays and statutory holidays.
Home Care Products - You can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our extensive line of home care products available in our spa boutique. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.
Gratuities -We believe the decision to extend a gratuity should be the result of a wonderful client experience, and left to the discretion of the client. Gratuities are not included in the spa treatments although the range is typically 10% to 20%.
Packages – We focus on providing complete body and skin therapies to create a day of inner and outer wellness that is perfect for you. Please consult our staff for assistance in designing the perfect program for you. Package reservations require advance notice.
Prices – Prices quoted do not include taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Method – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interact Debit and cash. No personal cheques please.
For Your Protection – We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.
Gift Certificates – Gift Certificates are available in all denominations. Ask about our many programs and treatments which may be ideal for a loved one, valued client, employee or friend.
Draping and Comfort - Generally, remove all clothing with the exception of panties to receive the full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. To respect your privacy throughout your treatments, only the region your therapist is working on is undraped. Please give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort.
What to bring - If you are having a classic spa pedicure or a polish change please bring your own open toed shoes. Flip Flops/Thong sandals are ideal. Be sure that there is clearance on the big toe for polish. Often sandals will close in the baby toe or have big flowers that hang over the big toe nail.
We often carry flip flops to purchase for $5.00 each but not guaranteed to be in stock!
Safety
For your safety and ours, we take all universal precautions necessary and use the finest methods in sterilization. We use Axcel, a hospital grade cleaner for sterilization of all utensils, and TSP for cleaning of all porous tools (ie foot files). All tools are heated in a autoclave, towels washed daily at highest temperatures. All areas are wiped down after each service with axcel and lysol.
Special Considerations – At the time of booking your treatment, please advise us of any allergies, ailments, illnesses, pregnancy or disabilities. All new clients and first time visitors will be required to complete a client history form before any treatment.
